Theme

Theme Studio sets the colours, fonts, spacing and corners of a whole website, so every page stays on-brand.

How to open it

Choose Theme in the Build group of the nav rail.

What you can do here

  1. Pick a project. Use the Project menu at the top. Turn on Use Theme Studio on Website to let that website follow your theme.
  2. Choose a design system. Under Design system, browse the ready-made looks (Browse all) and click one to preview it. Nothing changes on your pages yet.
  3. Make it yours. Under Tokens, change the Brand colour, Typography (display and body fonts, type scale), Color palette, spacing, Radius and visual effects.
  4. Check readability. Readability warns when text is hard to read on its background, and Fix corrects it.
  5. Match a website. Paste a website address under Match a website to read its colours and fonts into a theme.
  6. Apply. Apply this page restyles one page; Apply to all pages restyles the whole website.
  7. Undo. History (Restyle history) lets you step back a restyle. Clear theme removes the applied look from a page.
  8. Save and share. Save as my theme keeps it under My themes for every project; Export theme and Import theme move themes between sites.

Note

Choosing a design system is a preview only. Your pages change when you choose Apply this page or Apply to all pages.

Where to go next

The page builder shows the result on a page; Projects and pages lists the pages.
